Philippe Pescayre

Philippe Pescayre specialises in Tax law. Philippe is particularly active in the areas of private wealth tax, corporate taxation and real estate taxation. He assists his clients in the day-to-day management of their tax issues and in connection with restructuring and investment projects. He also provides assistance during tax audits and disputes.

Admitted to the Paris Bar since 1997, Philippe began his career at Bignon Lebray. He joined Alerion in 2009 as a partner, after having practiced for nearly ten years at EY Law Firm (formerly Ernst & Young). Philippe was Managing Partner at Alerion from 2013 to 2022.

He has a DJCE-DESS (post-graduate degree) in Business and Tax Law and is a graduate of the Institut de Droit des Affaires at the University of Paris II. He holds a certificate of specialization in Tax law.

Philippe is a member of the IBA (International Bar Association), CFE Tax advisers Europe and IACF (Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux).
