Pierre-Olivier Brouard

Pierre-Olivier Brouard is head of the Corporate law – Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practice. He is primarily involved in private equity and M&A transactions. Pierre-Olivier advises both listed and nonlisted French and international financial, banking and industrial groups, as well as investment funds and innovative growth companies in connection with their capital raising and development strategy in France and internationally.

Pierre-Olivier was one of the founding partners of Alerion in 2003 and has developed a private equity practice for a client base that includes investment funds and companies in the technology sector (particularly in the digital and life sciences sectors). He also advises a number of French and international groups on strategies related to their internal growth (development of new activities, launch of business lines, etc.) and external growth (acquiring French or international companies).

Graduated with a DEA in Business law and economics law from University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas, Pierre-Olivier is a member of the Paris Bar since 1994.

Pierre-Olivier is a member of France Invest and the International Bar Association.
