Sibylle Mareau

Sibylle Mareau advises clients at pre-litigation and litigation stages, with a focus on general commercial law, banking law, criminal business law, criminal labor law and corporate law.

Sibylle Mareau’s clients base includes executives and shareholders, as well as legal entities. She advises them for their pre-litigation strategy, and also defends them in legal proceedings. She has more than 20 years of experience, giving her the capacity to build effective pre-litigation strategies at a very early stage, taking into account potential issues that may require complex defense tactics.

Member of the Paris Bar since 1997, she started her career at the law firm of Jacques Vergés, before joining Jacques Bouyssou’s firm, and then Alerion when the firm was founded.

Trained in corporate dispute mediation, she holds a certificate issued by the Centre de Médiation et d'Arbitrage de Paris

Sibylle holds a post-graduate degree in Business Law and Taxation (University of Paris I - Panthéon – Sorbonne).
