Biography

Jean-Christophe Brun

As a partner in Alerion’s Employment law practice since 2018, Jean-Christophe Brun provides both advisory and litigation support, and has extensive experience across a full range of labor and social security law matters.

He mainly acts on behalf of companies and represents them before specialised labor courts (dismissal, harassment and working time disputes), regional courts (URSSAF reassessments, disputes related to work accidents and occupational diseases), administrative courts (disputes related to "protected" employees, i.e., employee representatives), district courts (disputes related to elections of employee representatives) and criminal courts (labor law disputes involving criminal liability).

Jean-Christophe holds a post-graduate degree (DESS) in Business Law and Taxation from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and he was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2004, he joined Alerion in 2012. Jean-Christophe also regularly publishes articles in specialised employment law reviews.
