Catherine Robin

Catherine Robin is a partner in the Competition – Merger Control and the Commercial Law practices and regularly works on distribution law, consumption and contracts.

Her cross-disciplinary skills enable her to advise and assist a broad range of company’s players, whether they hold a managing or an operational position, whether they are legal counsel or not, in their day-to-day practice or related to a specific project, to answer in their competition issues, to find practical solutions, but also to draft a contract or follow-up relations with intermediaries (suppliers, distributors, clients (professional or final consumer) partners, service providers (logistics and others)) in order to secure practices and transactions or find solutions to solve disagreements.

Catherine is involved in the supplier/distributors relations and has extensive knowledge on products and services distribution (restrictive and dishonest practices, price, invoicing, sales promotion, advertisement, consumer law, etc.), whether regional or international, traditional or digital.

Catherine works closely with the Corporate law – Mergers & Acquisitions and Private equity practice for competition audits and commercial contracts and also merger control operations.

Member of the Paris Bar since 1993, Catherine is a member of the IBA (International Bar Association), the French Association for Competition (l’Association Française d’Etude de la Concurrence) (Paris) and the Law and Distribution Association (l’Association Droit et Distribution) (Montpellier).
