Maxime Sniegula serves as Counsel in the Tax Department.
He advises on corporate taxation, estate planning, and real estate taxation, both in an advisory capacity and in litigation.
His practice focuses primarily on advising executives, shareholders, entrepreneurs, families, and professional athletes on the structuring, ownership, sale, and transfer of their business and personal assets. In particular, he handles asset reorganizations, business sales, family succession planning, and management package transactions, as well as on all issues related to international mobility.
He also assists his clients at all stages of tax audit and litigation proceedings, both before the tax authorities and before the competent courts.
In addition, Maxime has developed recognized expertise in real estate taxation, serving a client base of real estate professionals, property dealers, and investors, whom he advises on the tax aspects of their transactions and investment projects,
He holds a Master II in Personal and Estate Taxation and a Master II in Public Litigation Law and Practice from Aix-Marseille III University, and was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2015.
That same year, he joined Alerion, where he has built his entire career, spending more than 10 years with the firm and progressing from trainee to Counsel in 2026.
