Karine Khau-Castelle

Karine Khau Castelle works in the company law department in all areas of company law, especially on cases involving mergers and acquisitions, private equity, LBO and management packages, for both French and international clients, corporations or investment funds.

Karine holds a DESS in mergers, acquisitions and financing and a DESS in business law and tax matters. She has been a lawyer at the Paris Bar since January 2006 and joined Alerion in June 2007.
