Karine Khau-Castelle

Karine Khau works in the corporate law department, in all areas of corporate law, especially focusing on mergers and acquisitions transactions,  private equity (venture capital, growth capital), LBO/MBO/MBI, and management packages, as well as in group reorganisation (domestic and cross-border transactions). She assists French and international clients, corporations and investments funds,  in all business sectors, on their transactions in France or worldwide. Karine holds a DESS in mergers, acquisitions and financing and a DESS in business law and tax matters. She has been a lawyer at the Paris Bar since January 2006 and joined Alerion in June 2007.
