Alerion's Banking Department provides both advisory and litigation support to clients, particularly banking and financial institutions, in all types of credit transactions in the French and international markets.

Our team advises and represents clients before commercial, civil and criminal courts, as well as in relation to alternative dispute resolution (mediation - conciliation - arbitration - settlements).

Led by two partners whose combined experience in managing banking litigation spans more than twenty years, the team has the capability to advise and assist clients in granting loans, setting up guarantees and debt recovery.
