New Managing Partner at Alerion
The partners of Alerion have appointed Pierre-Olivier Brouard, Partner in M&A and Private Equity, as Managing Partner to replace Philippe Pescayre, Partner in tax law, who has held this position for the past 9 years.
Pierre-Olivier Brouard, one of the founders of Alerion, joins Nicola Kömpf, Partner of German desk, and Stanislas Vailhen, Partner in tax law, in the Alerion Management Board, which steers the management of the firm.
Pierre-Olivier Brouard says : ” I am taking over the role of Managing Partner that I held when the firm was founded 20 years ago with the aim of helping the new generation to take over the management of the firm by continuing to modernize the structure and promote its development. Fortunately, the Managing Partner is well supported in his task by the collegiality of the Management Board and the support staff involved, which allows him to continue to advise its clients and manage his team.“
Within the Corporate department, which has grown significantly the last few years with now four partners and more than twenty associates organized into two teams, Pierre-Olivier Brouard advises and assits a large variety of clients in their M&A and Private Equity transactions.
