Philippe Mathurin

Philippe Mathurin advises on all aspects of public and private real estate and construction law, urban planning and environmental law, industrial risks and general business law.

Philippe holds a post-graduate degree (DEA) in general private law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas. He is admitted to the Paris Bar since 1988. Philippe started his career working as an assistant to Professor Dominique Schmidt at the Strasbourg Faculty of Law. He joined the law firm ASA where he was pormoted partner in 1997. In 2000, he joined Bignon Lebray. In 2003, he was one of the founders of Alerion.

Philippe Mathurin is a member of Justice Construction, the AFDC – the French Construction Law Association (Association française du droit de la construction) and AMRAE – the Association for the Management of Corporate Risks and Insurance (Association pour le Management des Risques et des Assurances de l’Entreprise).
