Maxime Hermes

Maxime works in the Employment department and assists clients on both day-to-day matters and litigation.

He advises French and international companies in all aspects of employment and labour law, in particular on matters of compensation and benefits, reorganizations and relations with staff representaitves and Trade unions.

Maxime is graduated in employment law (Master degree) from the University Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, and is a member of the Paris Bar since 2010.

After carrying out his profesional activity in several major law firms, including a secondment within the Legal department of an international group, he joined Alerion in 2021.
