Alerion is pleased to announce the promotion of Maxime Hermes as Counsel in the Employment Law department.
Maxime Hermes has developed a practice in Employment Law with French and international clients, both in advice and in litigation, including in complex and/or high-stakes cases (reorganizations, collective bargaining, negotiations for the departure of senior executives, etc.).
His experience and command of the technical aspects of employment law are at the service of a resolutely operational advice, adapted to the needs and activities of the clients. With his foreign clients, Maxime works in particular the complexity of French labor law to help them overcome the cultural gap they may be facing.
Maxime Hermes holds a Master’s degree in Employment Law from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. Lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2010, he joined Alerion in 2021.
With this new promotion, Alerion now counts 8 Counsels.
