Employment Law

We advise our clients on all aspects of French employment law. The stability of our team allows us to grasp and react effectively to the challenges of our clients’ legal issues and to meet their expectations for a lasting successful relationship.

Our multidisciplinary law firm and international business partners guarantee global solutions which better enable us to meet all our clients’ needs.

We advise both HR directors of international groups, as well as General Managers of SMEs.

We support our clients in all business sectors including industry and services and more particularly in agri-food, wine and spirits, pharmaceutical, institutional catering and industrial laundering.

We advise our clients on litigation and alternative dispute resolution in a wide range of employment issues affecting everyday business activities including the employment law aspects of complex transactions such as M&A operations. We also assist our clients with occupational health matters involving the development and execution of workplace health prevention plans and well-being charters and, in times of crisis, restructuring plans.

We work alongside our clients as "Business Partners" to strengthen their business development strategy by integrating new HR tools such as performance agreements or termination by mutual consent. In this way, we integrate employment law strategies into our clients' business development thinking to provide them with some innovative perspective for their HR projects, guiding them in decision-making and providing them with the technical support they need to implement their projects.

The close relationships we build with our clients enable us to provide them with agile solutions, tailored to their needs and taking into account their operational constraints.
