Antoine Rousseau, Gilles Podeur, Nicola Kömpf, Maeliss Bourbon, Counsel et Garance Saint-Pol,

This transaction marks an important milestone in AURIGE’s development, as the Group continues to pursue its growth strategy by bringing together companies renowned for their technical expertise and their ability to deliver high value-added projects.

Built around an integrated vision of the building and construction industry, AURIGE is further strengthening its service offering through the addition of two complementary specialists in metalwork and architectural metal joinery.

Verre & Métal has established itself as a leading player in the design and execution of complex metalwork structures and glass-and-steel assemblies. The company is particularly recognized for its expertise in heritage restoration and rehabilitation projects, especially involving landmark buildings and prestigious real estate assets. Its know-how combines technical excellence, innovation, and mastery of bespoke manufacturing processes.

HEFI, for its part, specializes in the delivery of high-tech architectural metalwork solutions for new-build construction projects. Through its expertise and the quality of its work, the company is involved in complex assignments requiring a thorough understanding of architectural and technical constraints.

The integration of Verre & Métal and HEFI will further enhance the complementarity of AURIGE’s business lines and strengthen its ability to support clients throughout the entire lifecycle of a building, from design and construction to restoration, rehabilitation, transformation, and redevelopment.

This transaction also highlights the appeal of industrial groups capable of bringing together niche expertise around an ambitious growth strategy while preserving the identity, teams, and know-how that have built their reputation.

Alerion Avocats is proud to have advised the sellers in this strategic transaction, drawing on a multidisciplinary team to address the corporate, employment, restructuring, and transactional aspects of the deal.
