We are pleased to have advised and supported Entrepreneur Invest (Théophile Basser, Jérôme Houlbracq) and BNP Paribas Développement (Frédérique Cassignol, Benjamin Foret, Bernadette Robin) in connection with the shareholder restructuring of Enza Conseil, marked by BNP Paribas Développement’s investment, Entrepreneur Invest’s reinvestment, and the participation of Crédit Agricole Centre France (Cécile Bourdu) as part of the financing package supporting the transaction.

We advised on all legal aspects of the transaction with a team comprising Karine Khau-Castelle, Partner, Sadri Desenne, Partner, and Marie Auclerc, Associate.
