Alerion Avocats Advises the Sellers in the Acquisition of Embarq by Proman

Founded in 2017, the HR start-up Embarq has developed a “phygital” model, combining its six locations across France with a digital platform dedicated to umbrella employment (portage salarial).

With a turnover of €130 million in 2024, Embarq continues its growth by joining forces with Proman, a leading player in temporary employment and human resources, currently the fourth-largest group in Europe in the sector.

The Alerion team was composed of Céline Milenkovic, Counsel, and Christophe Gerschel, Partner, within the Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions department.
