Caroline Meunier

Caroline Meunier is involved in all pre-conflict and conflict situations concerning the life of companies and their directors.

She focuses in the management and resolution of civil and commercial crisis situations, and acts in judicial and arbitral proceedings as well as in mediation and conciliation.

Caroline Meunier has developed extensive expertise in complex litigation, particularly in banking law, corporate law, liability law, commercial law and enforcement proceedings.

Caroline Meunier joined Alerion in 2010. Member of the Paris Bar, she holds a Master’s 2 degree in business and economic law from Paris I University.

She also teaches banking law at Paris V University.
