Sarah Copeland

Sarah is a senior associate in the Real Estate and Construction Department.

She advises French and international clients on both advisory and litigation matters related to real estate transactions, development and construction projects, and asset management.

Her practice covers asset and share deal acquisitions and disposals, the structuring of real estate projects, and the negotiation of commercial leases.

She acts across a broad range of asset classes, with a particular focus on industrial and logistics assets.

Sarah is bilingual in English and French, has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2018 and holds a dual degree in English law and French law as well as a postgraduate degree (Master 2) in real estate, construction, and urban planning law.
