Valentine Dubois

Valentine Dubois is an attorney in Alerion’s Tax Department. She advises French and international clients on all their tax matters, with a particular focus on corporate and transaction tax issues

She holds a Master II degree in tax law from the University of Rennes 1 and has been practicing law since 2022. Before joining Alerion in 2026, she developed expertise in corporate taxation within a highly international environment.
