Adrien Bansard

Adrien Bansard practices in Intellectual Property and Technology and Digital Law. He advises French and international clients and represents them before courts. His career has enabled him to develop expertise in literary and artistic property, trademark law, audiovisual law, personal data, commercial agreements with a strong involvement in IP/IT and in issues raised by mergers and acquisitions operations (due diligences and acts of regularization). Adrien has also had the opportunity to deal with cases in the field of art market and patent law.

He holds a master’s in general Private Law (University Paris II – Assas) completed by a Master degree in Law, Innovation, Communication, Culture – New Property Law (Universities Paris XI – Paris Sud and Paris I – Panthéon-Sorbonne).

After starting his career as an EMEA in-house counsel at the headquarters of Ipsos Group, he practiced in a leading French business law firm and a notorious intellectual property law firm in audiovisual and film production.

Admitted to the Paris Bar in February 2019, he joined Alerion in 2023.
