Biography

Nikola Mandic

Nikola Mandic is an associate in our Financing department. He advises borrowers, banks and investment funds on the structuring and implementation of corporate and acquisition financings, leveraged financings and real estate financings. He also acts on debt restructuring matters within our Restructuring & Insolvency department.

Nikola has been a lecturer in Legal English at Université Paris Cité since 2021. He holds a master’s degree in Business Law (specializing in International Law) and a second master’s degree in Comparative Law and Common Law from Université Paris Cité.

Nikola joined Alerion in 2025 and was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2026.
