Marie Auclerc

Marie Auclerc practices within the Corporate Law – Mergers & Acquisitions department. She advises French and international companies on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and private equity transactions.

She holds a Master’s degree (Master 2) in Corporate Legal and Financial Engineering from the University of Bordeaux IV.

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2026, Marie joined Alerion in 2025 as an associate, following the completion of her final traineeship within the firm.
