Léa Lorentz

Léa Lorentz has been an associate in the Corporate Law – Mergers & Acquisitions department since 2025.

She advises both domestic and international clients on cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate (re)structurings, and various matters relating to corporate law.

Léa holds a Master’s degree (Master 2) in Banking and Financial Law from the Faculty of Law, Political Science and Management of Strasbourg.

Prior to joining Alerion, Léa spent four years as a member of the Corporate team at Aramis Avocats.
