Isabelle Perron

Isabelle Perron works in the Corporate Law – M&A department. She handles all areas of corporate law, particularly mergers and acquisitions with French and international companies, as well as private equity, but also restructuring and long-term financing operations.

A lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2021, Isabelle graduated with a Master’s degree II in Economic Cooperation and International Business Law (Bordeaux Montesquieu University) which she completed in Vietnam. She also holds a Master’s degree in International Law and Management from the ESCP business school which she completed in Paris and London. She joined Alerion in 2023.
