Emma Badinot

Emma Badinot is a member of the firm’s Tax department. She advises a French and international clientele on a wide range of tax matters, both in an advisory capacity and in the context of tax audits and litigation proceedings.

She holds a Master’s degree in Art Market Law and Taxation from Jean Moulin University Lyon III.

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2026, Emma joined Alerion in 2025 as an associate, following the completion of her final traineeship within the firm.
