Alerion advises Skylotec on foreign investment clearance for the acquisition of Libervit

Alerion (Frédéric Saffroy, Alice Bastien) advised Skylotec, a German family-owned company specialized in fall‑protection equipment, in connection with obtaining the required foreign investment clearance (FDI) for the acquisition of Libervit, a French company developing and marketing mechanical and hydraulic tools designed for breaching, rescue, and special operations for the armed forces, police, and emergency services.

Skylotec was advised by EPP Rechtanwälte Avocats (Marianne Grange), and Libervit was advised by Numa Avocats (Benjamin Rosso, Alisée Friedli and Julia Ficetola).
