Frédéric Saffroy

Frédéric Saffroy, partner in charge of Aerospace & Defence, represented Alerion at the International Space Summit held at the Grand Palais. The event provided an opportunity to engage with several of the firm’s French, European and US clients, who attended to present their projects or enter into landmark agreements for the space ecosystem and its applications ; against a backdrop marked by the return of war in Europe and the Middle East.

For more than twenty years, Frédéric Saffroy has advised companies across the space sector on the full range of their activities, including launch vehicles, satellites, propulsion and services, particularly in the fields of launch services, Earth observation and communications. He has also developed in-depth expertise in related areas such as export controls, foreign investment screening and cybersecurity, as well as, more broadly, the legal issues associated with sovereignty.
