Alerion Avocats advised Crédit Mutuel Impact on its acquisition of a stake in Agriodor
Vincent Poirier
Vincent Poirier advised Crédit Mutuel Impact, through its RES fund, on its acquisition of a stake in Agriodor as part of the company’s €15 million fundraising round.
Founded in 2019, Agriodor is an innovative French company specializing in biocontrol. It is developing a technology based on the use of natural odor compounds to disrupt the behavior of insect pests. This approach offers a sustainable alternative to conventional insecticides, addressing the growing challenges of agroecological transition, pest resistance, and biodiversity conservation.
Crédit Mutuel Impact’s investment is part of a strategy to support companies with a strong environmental impact, actively contributing to the transformation of agricultural models. This fundraising round also brings together several investors, including Région Sud Investissement, CAAP Création (Crédit Agricole Alpes-Provence), and existing shareholders.
This strategic transaction will enable Agriodor to accelerate its commercial and industrial development, particularly internationally, while strengthening its research and development capabilities.
The Alerion team consisted of Vincent Poirier, partner, and Julien Demeulenaère, associate.
