Angélina Lopes

Angélina Lopes is a lawyer admitted to the Paris Bar and works as a Senior Associate in the Tax Department.

She holds a Master’s degree (LL.M. equivalent) in Tax Law from Paris II Panthéon‑Assas University and has been practising since 2018. She has developed particular expertise in corporate tax and transactional tax matters, especially in the real estate sector. She also advises on intragroup reorganisations, often involving a strong international dimension.

She assists corporate groups and their executives with their day‑to‑day tax matters, both in an advisory and contentious capacity.
