Salima Oujja

Salima Oujja practices within the Corporate Law – Mergers & Acquisitions department.

She advises French and international clients on their external growth, restructuring, and private equity transactions.

She holds a master’s degree in Mergers & Acquisitions from Paris-Saclay University.

Admitted to the Paris Bar since 2026, Salima joined Alerion Avocats in 2025, following the completion of several traineeships within the firm.
