Loïc Saint-Martin

Loïc Saint-Martin practices in the Litigation, Arbitration, and Business Criminal Law department at Alerion.

He advises both French and international clients on complex disputes, before state courts as well as arbitral tribunals. He has significant experience in international arbitration, notably under the auspices of ICSID, ICC, and CPA.

Prior to joining Alerion, Loïc gained experience at leading international law firms in Paris, a major corporation, and an international organization.

A member of the Paris Bar, he holds an LL.M. in International Business Law from King’s College London (UK), a Specialized Master in International Business Law and Management from ESSEC Business School, and a Master II in Arbitration and International Trade (MACI) from the University of Versailles Saint-Quentin.
