Biography

Inès Kodia

Inès Kodia is an associate in the Litigation, Arbitration and White-Collar Crime department. She advises and represents companies, their shareholders and executives before civil and commercial courts at all stages of both contentious and pre-litigation proceedings.

Inès is also a lecturer in security interests law at Paris-Saclay University. She holds a Master’s degree (LL.M. equivalent) in Business Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP), as well as a Master’s degree in General Private Law from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University.

Inès has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2023. Before joining Alerion in 2026, she worked at Aramis, where she handled complex commercial litigation matters for both French and international clients.
