We are pleased to announce that Alerion advised the historical shareholder (Jimbaran), the sellers (Adaxtra, UI Gestion, NCI Capital and Agexor), as well as the management team of the Asia Voyages Group led by its CEO, Guillaume Linton, in connection with a recent Management Buy-Out (MBO), supported by AXIO Capital and Siparex as investors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Founded in 1985, Asia Voyages is a well-established player in tailor-made travel to the Asia-Pacific region. This transaction marks a new milestone in the Group\u2019s development and strengthens its resources to further pursue its growth strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
