She joins the firm&#8217;s Litigation, Arbitration and White-collar crime team, which now includes 2 Partners, 1 Counsel and 5 Associates.<\/p>\n<p>Her arrival strengthens Alerion&#8217;s offer in international litigation.<\/p>\n<p>Marie-H\u00e9l\u00e8ne advises and represents clients before domestic courts and arbitral tribunals in relation with commercial disputes, as well as white-collar crime. She has developed a specific expertise in complex international disputes and international commercial arbitration.<\/p>\n<p>Marie-H\u00e9l\u00e8ne worked for nine years as an associate in the Dispute Resolution team at Gide Loyrette Nouel.<\/p>\n<p>A member of the Paris Bar, she holds a Master&#8217;s degree in Litigation, arbitration and ADR from Paris II Panth\u00e9on-Assas University and a Master&#8217;s degree in Business law from Paris Dauphine University.<\/p>\n<p>With this new arrival, Alerion now counts 6 Counsels.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Alerion welcomes Marie-H\u00e9l\u00e8ne Bartoli as a Counsel effective September 7, 2020.
