With over 20 years of experience advising companies on French-German cross-border issues, Nicola K\u00f6mpf is dual qualified as a French avocat and a German Rechtsanw\u00e4ltin, and is admitted to both the Paris and Berlin Bars. Friedrich Niggemann, admitted to the D\u00fcsseldorf and Paris Bars, and also trained in both legal systems, has extensive experience in French-German legal matters and regularly assists clients in their investments, commercial and industrial relations, as well as in litigation before French courts and arbitration tribunals. The team is supported by a dynamic group of lawyers who are dual-trained in French and German law.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the German Desk team can at any time rely on the other specialist teams within the firm, allowing clients to benefit from highly focused advice and assistance in all areas of business law and litigation.
