Marie-H\u00e9l\u00e8ne Bartoli Vallet is an attorney in Alerion’s Litigation, arbitration and white collar crime practice. She advises and represents clients before domestic courts and arbitral tribunals in relation with commercial disputes, as well as white-collar crime. She has developed a specific expertise in complex international disputes and international commercial arbitration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Prior to joining Alerion in 2020, Marie-H\u00e9l\u00e8ne worked for nine years as an associate in the Dispute Resolution team at Gide Loyrette Nouel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A member of the Paris Bar, she holds a Master’s degree in Litigation, arbitration and ADR from Paris II Panth\u00e9on-Assas University and a Master’s degree in Business law from Paris Dauphine University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Member of the ICC Young Arbitrators Forum and CFA-40, Marie-H\u00e9l\u00e8ne has been recognized since 2024 by the Best Lawyers 2025 ranking in the ‘Best Lawyers’ category in Litigation, and since 2025, in Arbitration.
