Stanislas Curien

Stanislas Curien advises French and foreign companies, investment funds, financial institutions and debt funds on setting up syndicated bank loans or debt financing (Unitranche / EuroPP / High Yield) in the context of Private Equity / LBO transactions. Stanislas Curien is also regularly involved in real estate financing transactions.

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2007, Stanislas began his career at White & Case before joining Willkie Farr & Gallagher, which he left in 2018 to join Alerion as a partner.

Stanislas holds a Master 2 (post-graduate degree) in Banking and Finance Law from the University of Paris II and a Master 2 in Contract Law from the University of Paris XI.
