Juan Diego Niño-Vargas

Juan Diego is an associate in the Litigation, Arbitration and White-collar crime department and contributes to Alerion's Spanish & Latam desk practice. His practice focuses on business litigation and international arbitration. Juan Diego advises and assists French and international companies before state and arbitral courts in commercial and international disputes.

He holds a master’s degree in International Business Law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and is a graduate from the Paris Business Law Institute (IDA).

Before joining Alerion, Juan Diego interned in several French and international law firms in business litigation, insurance law and international arbitration. Juan Diego has worked in the energy, infrastructure and mining sectors, particularly in Africa and Latin America.

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2022, he joined Alerion the same year.
