Johanna Guerrero

Johanna Guerrero is an associate in the Commercial law and Competition, Merger control practices. She also represents and assists clients in relation to distribution, consumer, and contract law.

Johanna holds a bilingual Masters’ degree in commercial law from the University of Montpellier. She is a member of the Paris Bar since 2019. Johanna joined Alerion in 2022 after a three-years’ experience at Gouache Avocats.
