Biography

Caroline Leroy-Blanvillain

Caroline Leroy-Blanvillain practices in Intellectual Property and Technology and Digital Law. Her career has allowed her to develop a strong interest in new technologies and data, fields in which she assists and advises French and international clients, especially in the healthcare, education, distribution and media industries. She also advises on intellectual property, digital criminal law and press law. She has thus developed a specific expertise that enables her to provide relevant support to economic players in their data protection compliance and can assist them in taking actions both upstream and downstream following cyberattacks. As such, she is a member of the AFCDP (French Association for Data Protection Practitioners).

She holds a double-degree in law and foreign languages (English, German, Italian), completed by a master’s degree in Intellectual Property and a Magistère in ITC law. She joined the Paris Bar in 2020. After various experiences in international law firms, start-up and large companies, she worked in a leading law firm in new technologies for three years before joining Alerion in 2023.

As a member of the Women's Foundation's Legal Force, Caroline regularly participates in pro bono projects on cyber harassment and discrimination. She is also a lecturer and regularly publishes articles on topics in her fields of expertise.
