Benoit Dehaene works in all the areas concerned with labor and social protection law and has developed special expertise in collective labor relations and health at work. He assists French and foreign company directors, especially during acquisition and restructuring operations, dismissals for economic reasons and collective bargaining.
He has been a lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2009 and joined Alerion in 2012 after first working at the firm CMS Francis Lefebvre.
Benoit holds a professional Master’s degree in law and labor relations from the Panthéon Assas University. He teaches at the Sorbonne-Panthéon University and is also a trainer for Liaisons Sociales and Lamy (health at work and disability risk management). He co-wrote the DSO Guide on the reclassification obligation (AEF) and has also written articles in Les Cahiers Sociaux.
