Alice Gautron

Alice Gautron works in the Innovation – Information and Communication Technologies department and for the Intellectual Property department.

She principally works on cases linked to the protection of intangible assets and personal data, innovation and cybersecurity, both on an advisory basis and in matters of litigation.

She holds a master’s degree in Intellectual Property and ICT from the University of Montpellier 1, has been a lawyer at the Paris bar since 2017 and joined Alerion in March 2019.

In addition to professional experience in the field of intellectual property in the private sector in France (SACEM and industrial property firm) and abroad (law firms specialising in IP/IT in Germany and in New-York), Alice has previously worked as an associate lawyer with the firms Bardehle Pagenberg and Artemont.
