Sinan Solak

Sinan Solak works in the corporate law department and, more specifically, handles mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and private equity for French and international companies.

Sinan holds a Master’s Degree in Mergers & Acquisition from the University Paris Saclay and a Master of Science in Tax, Business Law, Business Consulting and Management from INSEEC school. He joined Alerion in 2022 and became a member of the Paris Bar in 2023.

Former high level football player, Sinan works also as a sports lawyer.
