The objective was to certify that the investment in the capital of these companies was eligible for the wealth tax deduction provided by §885-0 V bis of the General Tax Code (TEPA scheme) and for the income tax deduction provided by §199 terdecies-0 A of same (Madelin scheme) by issuing the tax opinion attached to the prospectus approved by the AMF. Alérion has thus confirmed its track record for the third consecutive year in providing tax assistance to companies wishing to make a public offering of financial securities that are eligible for a tax deduction (French wealth tax or income tax).
